My project called alone is about me rebelling from what my family and work wanted form me and what they thought was the best and right thing for me to be doing by dropping out of high school and becoming a manager or dropping out to get a trade. But I always wanted to move out and go to Uni as soon as I could and I did and although this transition has been really hard I would never turn back  and go the other path as I have made memories and friends that I would never of had before. For my actually video I went with a funny ration because I thought it felt more personal and allowed it to seem like a home video seeing into my actual perspective and this is also a parallel as old home videos are usually full of laughter and fun but this is somber the color pallet is all grey and dark and the shots are very low and unstable for most of the video. I also added in a title in the front and end this was inspired by Quinten tarnation when you see characters and place getting introduced by a title. The camera style is meant to also be like found footage like Blair witch project with weird cuts and shaky cam. My biggest issue with my project is that without a camera man the shots are very still. Therefore, next time having camera man or something to move it while taking shots would really increase the value of my production. In editing I lowered the volume of all the natural volume, so it adds a lot of atmosphere to the video then adding the voice overs for the video onto it I then changed the aspect ratio and added int the text to show the title. To be fair I feel like I ran out of time and it is not up to the level of polish I would like it to be and I will try to improve in the next projects I don in the future as I really did enjoy this work.
